NoseFrida Returns Policy
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
However if the goods are faulty, fail to be of acceptable quality, are unsafe, have a problem that would prevent someone from buying the item, doesn’t do what it is supposed to do, or is different from the sample shown, you will be entitled to have the goods replaced or we will provide a refund using your original payment method.
Refund / Exchange Terms:
When requesting a refund/exchange due to faulty product, please send an email outlining your issue to: email@example.com Where possible please include photos of the faulty product and order number/date details.
If required, we will request faulty product be returned to us. All goods returned or exchanged must be in original condition, and accompanied with proof of purchase such as sales receipt / tax invoice.
All goods will be inspected on return prior to warranting a refund or exchange.
All requests for refund or replacement must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.
